MP Weight Loss Clinic Visits

First Visit: $200 – Weight Loss Consultation
Follow-up Appointments:

• $75 – Based on your current dose.
• Once your goal is reached, follow-up appointments will occur every 3 months.

Semaglutide

• Duration: Ranges from 4–8 weeks depending on the dose strength. Weekly injections.
• Shipping: Free
  • 0.5 ml: $99.00 (0.25 mg)
  • 2.0 ml: $150.00 (0.625 mg)
  • 3.0 ml: $175.00 (1mg)
  • 4.0 ml: $200.00 (1.5, 2.0, & 2.5 mg)

Tirzepatide

• Duration: Ranges from 4–8 weeks depending on the dose strength. Weekly injections.
• Shipping: Free
  • 0.5 ml: $150.00 (2.5 mg)
  • 1.0 ml: $300.00 (4.2 – 5mg)
  • 1.5 ml: $350.00 (7.5 mg)
  • 2.0 ml: $450.00 (10, 12.5, & 15 mg)

Phentermine (Adipex)

• 30-day supply: Available for 3 months increments.
• Pricing depends on the pharmacy you choose. Check GoodRx rates.

Appointments

In-Person Appointments:

• Mondays: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
• Fridays:
  • 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM (Weight Loss Only)
  • 8:30 AM – 2:00 PM (GYN / Weight Loss Day)

Note: Consultations typically take an hour. Dr. Moore is also an OB/GYN. Every other Friday is designated as Weight Loss Clinic only. The WL only Fridays are recommended for our male patients.  

Telehealth Appointments:

• Monday: 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM
• Tuesday & Wednesday: 8:30 AM – 2:00 PM
• Friday: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM

New patients are encouraged to visit the clinic in person for their initial consultation. Telehealth is available for new patients who are not local to the Mount Pleasant area.

Note: Phentermine prescriptions require an in-office appointment and are not offered via telehealth.

Qualification Criteria

To qualify for Semaglutide or Tirzepatide, you may need:

• Body Mass Index (BMI):
  • BMI of 30 or higher (obese)
  • BMI of 27 or higher with a weight-related condition such as:
    • High blood pressure
    • Type 2 diabetes
    • High cholesterol

Avoid Semaglutide or Tirzepatide if you have a history of:

• Medullary thyroid cancer
• Gallbladder disease
• Pancreatitis
• Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia Syndrome Type 2 (MEN2)
• Currently Breastfeeding

Consult your primary care physician (PCP) to determine if these medications are appropriate for you based on your medical history.

Medication duration ranges from 4–8 weeks depending on dosage.

  • Accepted methods: Credit cards, HSA/FSA, cash, and check.
  • We do not accept insurance or Care Credit.

Follow-up appointments are mandatory. They cannot be canceled, only rescheduled. The only exception for cancellation is if you are discontinuing the program.
