MP Weight Loss Clinic

• First Visit: $200 – Weight Loss Consult 

Follow up appointments:

• $75 – based on your current dose. 
• When goal is reached your followup appointments will be every 3 months. 

In person:

• Mondays: 8: 30 AM – 4:30 PM
• Fridays: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM – Weight Loss Only Day
• Fridays: 8:30 AM – 2:00 PM – GYN / Weight Loss Day

Consult takes typically an hour. Dr. Moore is also an OBGYN. Every other Friday is considered a Weight Loss Clinic only.

Telehealth: 

• Monday: 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM
• Tuesdays: 8:30 AM – 2:00 PM
• Wednesdays: 8:30 AM – 2:00 PM
• Friday: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM

We would like to see all new patients in clinic at first. We can do a new patient telehealth if the patient is not local to Mount Pleasant. 

Please note: Phentermine can be only in an office appointment. We can not offer telehealth for Phentermine. 

Qualification:

• Body mass index (BMI)
  You may need to have a BMI of 30 or higher, which is considered obese, or a BMI of 27 or higher if you also have a weight-related condition like high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes, or high cholesterol.
• Medical weight loss program
  You may need to qualify for a medical weight loss program as recommended by a healthcare provider.
• You should avoid semaglutide if you have a history of: Medullary thyroid cancer, Gallbladder disease, Pancreatitis, and Multiple endocrine neoplasia syndrome type 2 (MEN2).

Pharmacies:

Semaglutide & Tirzepatide: For the injections we have partnered with Axtell Rite Value Pharmacy in Whitesborro, Tx and Strive Pharmacy in Boerne, Tx. Your medication will last anywhere between 4 – 6 weeks depending on your dose.
